Everest Civil was engaged by Central Highlands Regional Council to deliver civil construction works across two key sites in Emerald, QLD. Works encompassed concrete construction along Dunning Lane, duplication of the stormwater main on Thornton Street, and the installation of drainage infrastructure, retaining structures, and protective treatment works.

EXECUTION

Works were delivered concurrently alongside the Thorton Street works, requiring careful sequencing and coordination to maintain traffic flow and minimise disruption to the surrounding area. At Dunning Lane, service location and demolition of existing drainage infrastructure established the conditions for excavation, concrete paving, and road lighting installation.
