Everest Civil completed civil construction works at the North Harbour Commercial Development in North Harbour, QLD, on behalf of client Prekaro. Delivered between October and November 2025, the project involved the full civil scope required to establish the new facility, encompassing bulk earthworks and site preparation, stormwater infrastructure, pavement construction, and retaining wall construction, providing a fully civil-complete site ready for the next stage of development.
SCOPE
- Bulk topsoil stripping across the development footprint
- Bulk earthworks including cut and fill operations to achieve design formation levels
- Detailed and final trim earthworks to building pad and road tolerances
- Construction of stormwater infrastructure to service the development
- Pavement construction for all access roads and building pads
- Retaining wall construction to support level changes across the site
EXECUTION
Bulk topsoil stripping was completed across the development area, followed by bulk earthworks to achieve design formation levels and detailed trim earthworks to the tolerances required for pavements and building pads. Stormwater infrastructure was constructed to service the facility, and retaining walls were installed to manage level transitions where required. All works were completed within the October to November 2025 program and handed over to Prekaro in a compliant and site-clean condition.
